Project Description:

Safe Harbor Marinas recently acquired the Safe Harbor San Francisco Bay marina facility in Richmond, California, which includes a waterfront wharf system, marina access structures, utilities, docks, and associated waterfront infrastructure. Post-acquisition engineering inspections identified deteriorated timber piles, substantial section loss, localized structural deficiencies, and areas requiring access restrictions to reduce safety risks. The emergency work is intended to stabilize and repair existing marina structures within the footprint of the existing wharf facility.
