Section 401 Water Quality Certification Public Notice
Stagecoach North Waters Crossings
The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
The purpose of the project is to allow for site access to the Stagecoach North Soda Canyon Road Development Project as described in the Stagecoach North Erosion Control Plan (PPI Engineering, 2022). The Project components included in this Notification include three new low-water crossings on ephemeral streams and the replacement of an existing deteriorated culvert on an ephemeral stream. |
