Project Description: |
The purpose is to repair the existing levee and associated service road, and to restore and enhance aquatic habitat along Sulphur Creek to prevent flooding, to protect a number of fully protected wildlife species that inhabit adjacent Oro Loma and Frank’s West Marsh, including the state and federally-endangered Salt Marsh Harvest Mouse (SMHM) and federally-threatened Snowy Plover (SP). |
