Section 401 Water Quality Certification Public Notice

The San Francisco Region Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. | Project Description: |
The dairy wants to expand the existing basin because it is difficult to clean out and the delivery of precipitation is changing to higher storm loads. Expanding the catchment basin will help the dairy control potential pollutant runoff from their manure and compost management areas. |
