San Pablo Dam Road Storm Drain-Pavement Repair Project
The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board is currently reviewing an application for the following project for water quality certification under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act. We encourage public comments on the proposed work, which will be considered in the decision on certification. You may submit comments on this project to the staff member below.

| Project Description: | The purpose of this proposed project is to repair two damaged 72-inch corrugated metal pipe storm drain culverts under San Pablo Dam Road and the resulting depression in the road section above the culverts. The proposed project is needed to repair a storm drain/culvert failure that occurred during the winter storms of February and March 2023 along San Pablo Dam Road associated with these two culverts. |
