Corte Madera Inn Rebuild Project

Introduction

The Project would demolish an existing 110-room hotel and construct a new 174-room hotel in the Town of Corte Madera, Marin County. The new hotel would include 235 parking spaces and would be a dual-branded hotel with both extended-stay and limited-service rooms. The Project would result in the fill of a 0.64 acre pond.
