Caltrans Permit Renewal
Caltrans’ Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permit (Order 99-06 DWQ) is being renewed. All interested parties are invited to participate in the process by submitting comments on the draft permit and through testimony at public hearings and meetings.
