On 28 October 2025, the Dischargers accepted the offer to participate in the Expedited Payment Letter (EPL) program related to Administrative Civil Liability R5-2025-0504 for the assessment of Mandatory Minimum Penalties. The EPL was issued by the Assistant Executive Officer on 30 September 2025.
