Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs)

Discharge of waste to land and groundwater from any source, and discharge of waste from agricultural operations to surface water need to submit an Application/General Information Form for WDRs and NPDES Permits (Form 200), available here.

National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permits

For discharges to surface waters, dischargers need to submit an Application/General Information Form for WDRs and NPDES Permits (Form 200) and one or more federal NPDES permit application forms applicable to the facility.
