
Scott River Watershed Curtailment Orders, Curtailment Map, Addenda, and Reporting Forms for the Scott-Shasta Emergency Regulation
Curtailment Status:
Scott River Watershed: Curtailments are in effect for all surface and groundwater water rights in the Scott River Watershed. As of 6:30 am on June 10, 2026, the flow at the Fort Jones United States Geological Survey (USGS) gage is 117 cubic feet per second (cfs), which is less than the June 1-23 flow requirement of 125 cfs. The State Water Board will continue to monitor flows to determine if further adjustments to the curtailments are appropriate.

- Order WR 2024-0025-DWR: Curtails adjudicated groundwater rights and groundwater diversions associated with parcels listed in Attachment A of the Order, for the Scott River watershed.
