Overview
The Water Board is requesting your review and comments upon the proposed rescission of Cleanup and Abatement Order No. R6V-2020-0035. Comments must be received by the Water Board no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 26, 2021.
The Water Board issued Cleanup and Abatement Order No. R6V-2020-0035 to William Goldberg on June 26, 2020. The Cleanup and Abatement Order required Mr. Goldberg to take corrective actions addressing waste discharges and threatened waste discharges associated with unauthorized cannabis cultivation activities on Mr. Goldberg's property. Mr. Goldberg has submitted documentation demonstrating that he has satisfied the requirements of the Cleanup and Abatement Order.
