On September 8, 2023, the State Water Board issued a revised proposed order in the above matter. The State Water Board will receive oral comments and consider adopting the revised proposed order at the September 20, 2023 meeting.

On June 16, 2023, the State Water Board issued a proposed order in the above matter. In an extension letter dated June 30, 2023, the State Water Board extended the deadline to submit written comments to 12:00 noon on Friday, August 11, 2023 and rescheduled the public meeting to receive oral comments and consider adoption of the proposed order to Tuesday, September 19, 2023. The public meeting has been rescheduled again to Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 12:00 p.m.
