• Purpose: The emergency meeting allowed the San Diego Water Board to consider adopting Order No. R9-2014-0059, which upon adoption, required the implementation of effective management measures, and structural and non-structural best management practices to address potential impacts associated with storm water run on and runoff, wastes, and wastewaters discharge to waste piles, surface impoundments, emergency landfills, and/or non-federal waters of the State.

• Purpose: At this regularly scheduled public meeting, the San Diego Water Board considered adopting Order No. R9-2014-0041 and Resolution No. R9-2014-0042. This meeting was scheduled following the close of the extended public review and comment period for the tentative Waivers, tentative Initial Study/Environmental Checklist, and draft Negative Declaration.
