13399 Enforcement Reports
Pursuant to CWC 13399.27, the State Water Board is required to report information on violations and enforcement actions taken by the Regional Water Boards on those that failed to obtain an applicable storm water permit or submit an annual report. This requirement pertains to National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) storm water facilities within California. The reports are listed below.
