Kern River “FAS” Hearing
Five petitions have been filed with the State Water Board’s Division of Water Rights (Division), requesting revision of the Kern River’s fully appropriated status as listed in the Declaration. The purpose of this hearing is for the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board or Board) to receive evidence regarding petitions to revise the Declaration of Fully Appropriated Stream Systems for the Kern River stream system.
