DELBERT LEHR AND JEFF LEHR CEASE AND DESIST ORDER (CDO) HEARING
The State Water Resources Control Board cancelled a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether to adopt, with or without revision, a draft Cease and Desist Order (CDO) against Delbert Lehr and Jeff Lehr for unauthorized diversions from East Branch of the N.F. Feather River within the Sacramento River Watershed in Plumas County - Licenses 217 (Application 1024) and License 3421 (Application 11786) - following approval of a settlement agreement.
