Lower Yuba River Accord Hearing

The State Water Board held a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether the State Water Board should approve Yuba County Water Agency’s petition to modify water right Permits 15026, 15027 and 15030 (Applications 5632, 15204 and 15574) by making specific changes to the State Water Board’s Revised Decision 1644 (RD-1644) and Petition for Long-Term Transfer of Water under Permit 15026 (Application 5632); both permits related to the Lower Yuba River Accord– Lower Yuba River in Yuba County.
