North Gualala Water Company requested a hearing in response to a proposed a October 24, 2008, Administrative Civil Liability Complaint and draft Ceases and Desist Order issued by Assistant Deputy Director for Water Rights The State Water Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether to impose administrative civil liability and adopt a Cease and Desist Order.
