Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Consultation Opportunities

This table includes a list of projects subject to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (Section 106) that the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Financial Assistance (DFA) is considering funding with the Clean or Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (SRF). DFA has been authorized by the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 to act as the Section 106 lead for conducting consultations on SRF projects. This information is being shared with the public for comment and input during DFA’s environmental review process in accordance with the 36 Code of Federal Regulations Part 800.3(e). Once DFA completes its environmental review process for the subject project, including consultation with the State Historic Preservation Officer, the project will be removed from this page and the relevant information will be kept in DFA’s cultural resource files.
