G. Scott Fahey and Sugar Pine Spring Water LP – Administrative Civil Liability (ACL) Cease and Desist Order (CDO) Hearing

The State Water Resources Control Board held a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether to impose Administrative Civil Liability (ACL) and adopt a Cease and Desist Order (CDO) against G. Scott Fahey and Sugar Pine Spring Water LP, both relating to the alleged unauthorized diversions from springs tributary to the Tuolumne River in Tuolumne County.
