PROPOSED REVOCATION HEARING
The State Water Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence to determine whether to revoke Permit 11043 because of Permittee’s failure to commence, prosecute with due diligence, and complete the work necessary to appropriate water under Permit 11043, and because of Permittee’s failure to make beneficial use of the water in accordance with the permit, the Water Code, and the State Water Board’s regulations – Salinas River in Monterey County.
- August 20, 2013 – Notice of Cancellation of Public Hearing - The Public Hearing originally scheduled to commence on January 28, 2013, and was rescheduled to commence on Tuesday, August 13, 2013 and continue, if necessary on Wednesday and Thursday, August 14 and 15, 2013, has been cancelled
