Loren and Dolores Ohm - Cease and Desist Order (CDO) Hearing
The State Water Resources Control Board will hold a hearing to receive evidence relevant to determining whether to adopt, with or without revision, a draft Cease and Desist Order (CDO) against Loren and Dolores Ohm for the unauthorized diversion of water from the San Joaquin River in San Joaquin County.
