Notice of Registrations to Appropriate Water

The State Water Board is required to provide monthly notice of registrations to appropriate water. (Wat. Code, §1228.3, subd. (c).) The monthly notices for the last 12 months are listed below. Inclusion of a registration in a notice should not be construed as an indication that the registration has been deemed completed.

For Livestock Stockpond Use registrations only, any interested person may file a written protest in opposition to approval of the Livestock Stockpond Use registration within 30 days of the date of the notice.
