Notice is hereby given that the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board is accepting comments on proposed Order No. R3-2023-0033, Waste Discharge and Water Reclamation Requirements for the Pure Water Soquel Groundwater Replenishment Reuse Project, Soquel Creek Water District. The Soquel Creek Water District is developing Pure Water Soquel to produce advanced treated recycled water for injection to the Santa Cruz Mid-County groundwater basin.
