    Requirements Checklist

    Directions: Use this tool to find out what you need to do in 2024 to comply with the Agricultural Order for each individual ranch in your operation.

    Step 1

    Are you a member of Preservation, Inc.?

    Select "Yes" if you are a member of the approved third-party program, Preservation, Inc.

    Select "No" if you are not a member and are complying as an individual.

    What is your Groundwater Phase Area?

    Select your Groundwater Phase Area to view groundwater protection requirements specific to your location.

    Note: Log into your GeoTracker account; the groundwater phase area is shown next to each ranch in the "GW PHASE AREA" column.

    What is your Surface Water Priority Area?

    Select your Surface Water Priority Area to view surface water protection requirements specific to your location.
