Deputy Director of the Division of Drinking Water at the State Water Resources Control Board, Darrin Polhemus, signed the form for submission on March 2, 2021. OAL endorsed approval was stamped in the bottom right corner of the document on May 28, 2021. The Secretary of State stamped the form in the upper right corner of the document on May 28, 2021, at 2:37pm with a stamp titled "Endorsed - filed in the Secretary of State of the State of California." With these stamps, the RTCR is approved and effective as of July 1, 2021.
