Proposed Order No. R1-2026-0053 is a settlement agreement between the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board and the Loleta Community Services District for violations of Waste Discharge Requirements Order Nos. R1-2014-0013 and R1-2020-0002, subject to Mandatory Minimum Penalties, for the period from March 15, 2018 through May 6, 2025 with the imposition of an administrative civil liability in the amount of $543,000.
