Settlement Agreement And Stipulation For Entry of Administrative Civil Liability Order
Sonoma County Water Agency, and the Russian River County Sanitation District

Order No. R1-2023-0049 is a Settlement Agreement and Stipulation for Entry of Administrative Civil Liability Order, which resolves penalties for violations of Discharge Prohibitions set forth in Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. R1-2014-0002 (NPDES Permit No. CA0024058) for the Russian River County Sanitation District and the Sonoma County Water Agency, General Waste Discharge Requirements Order 2006-0003-DWQ for Sanitary Sewer Systems, and the federal Clean Water Act. A 30-day Public Comment period is open and all public comments are accepted until 5 pm on September 28, 2023. Comments and questions regarding the draft Order should be directed to the Regional Water Board at Northcoast@Waterboards.ca.gov.
