Release of Proposed Vineyard Order and Final Environmental Impact Report
The Proposed Vineyard Order and Final Environmental Impact Report have been released to the public. On December 4, 2024 the North Coast Regional Water Board will consider the Proposed Vineyard Order (Order No. R1-2024-0056 General Waste Discharge Requirements for Commercial Vineyards in the North Coast Region) for adoption. The Regional Water Board will also consider certifying the Final Environmental Impact Report in Proposed Resolution No. R1-2024-0057. Click on links to view all documents below.

Public Meeting on the Draft Vineyard Order: Staff presented an update on intended revisions to the Draft Vineyard Order on June 6th from 5pm-8pm at Exhibit Hall, Cloverdale Citrus Fairgrounds. Hybrid attendance option was available. Click on this link for more information.

Hard copies of the Ex Parte Disclosure Forms and/or submitted letters will be available at the December 4, 2024 Board adoption hearing.

Release of Draft Order and Draft Environmental Impact Report: Draft General Waste Discharge Requirements for Commercial Vineyards and supporting Draft Environmental Impact Report are now available for public comment. Comments are due by August 30th, 2023. A public workshop will be held August 4th, 2023 See the Board Agenda page at least 10 days before the meeting for updates.

Staff request that comments on the proposed General Order be submitted with the subject line “Comments on Draft Vineyard Order.”
