The following documents are presented for public comment. Comments are addressed to the Clerk to the Board.

  If you would like to request a copy of written public comments submitted to the Board on an item noticed for public comment, please send a request to commentletters@waterboards.ca.gov, identifying the item as listed on the Notice or board meeting agenda by date, agenda item and number (if any). The Clerk of the Board will respond by sending a link to access them.

Proposed Amendment - Deadline Extension for Industrial General Permit
The State Water Board is accepting written comments on the proposed amendment to the general permit for storm water discharges associated with industrial activities (Order 2014-0057-DWQ) (General Permit) extending the deadline for Dischargers to submit permit registration documents via the State Water Board's Storm Water Multiple Application and Report Tracking System (SMARTS) website from July 1, 2015 to August 14, 2015. SWRCB will only accept written that are limited to the identified proposed amendments to the General Permit.
