California WaterFix Hearing Exhibit No. SWRCB-107
In July 2017, the California Department of Fish and Wildlife issued an incidental take permit (ITP) to the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) for the construction and operation of dual conveyance facilities of the State Water Project (California WaterFix) pursuant to the California Endangered Species Act, Fish and Game Code section 2081, subdivisions (b) and (c), and California Code of Regulations, Title 14, section 783.0 et seq. The ITP was accepted on July 27, 2017 and published by DWR on July 28, 2017. The ITP is marked for identification in the WaterFix change petition hearing as Exhibit No. SWRCB-107. Parties in the hearing who plan to use the ITP in their testimony are requested to use this identification when introducing the document by reference.
