The table below list all temporary permit applications for groundwater recharge (underground storage) processed since 2015, including those that the State Water Board received and processed pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order B-36-15 and B-39-17, and N-7-22. New notices of application and State Water Board actions on the applications will be noted on this page shortly after they occur. Permit count is a running total of issued temporary permits since 2016.

Water Rights Records Database
Information related to temporary permits, is available by accessing the State Water Board’s electronic Water Rights Information Management System (eWRIMS) database. Information contained within the temporary permit Order includes location where permit was issued, information on points of diversion, and places of storage.

- Select eWRIMS Database System to open the eWRIMS Database
- Select Accept to accept the Public Records Act notice
- Select Water Rights Records Search
- Enter the application number in the “Application ID” field, then select Search
- Select the application number on the left side of the results to open the record
