The underline and strikeout formatting of these documents reflects the differences between the currently effective Order, Fact Sheet, and Attachments, and the Order, Fact Sheet, and Attachments as proposed to be amended, with additions reflected in blue-double underline text and deletions reflected in red-double strikeout text (posted on 09/27/2018):
These underline and strikeout versions of the proposed Amendment are intended to be tools for the public to use in identifying and understanding the changes proposed to the Industrial General Storm Water Permit. Great effort has been made to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
